Bulandshahr Violence: Inspector Subodh’s family met CM Yogi, one member will get Government Job

The family of Inspector Subodh Kumar Singh, who was lost his life in the mob violence in Bulandshahr in western Uttar Pradesh, met the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday. The family of Inspector reached around 9:30 am on Thursday morning. While expressing condolences during the meeting, the Chief Minister assured them of all possible help. He said that the culprits of the case will not be spared. CM also said that the family has been given extraordinary pension, named after the name Shaheed Subodh as the name of Jethra Kurali road.

Government to repay the loan of sons’ education

The government will also pay the settlement of Subodh Singh’s outstanding home loan (about Rs 30 lakh). The UP government will also repay the education loan of the sons of Inspector Subodh Singh. DGP OP Singh gave assurance of help in coaching of his child’s civil service. Earlier, the Chief Minister had announced a relief of Rs 50 lakh to the family.

During the meeting, other top officials including DGP OP Singh, Cabinet Minister Rita Bahuguna Joshi, in-charge minister Rajesh Garg were also present in the Chief Minister’s residence.

Assured family to take strict action

Rajni, wife of Inspector Subodh, her son and sister have met CM Yogi. During the meeting, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assured the family of dire action, “There should not be any misunderstanding that they will be saved.” Our three-three teams are working there.

Subodh’s wife said to the Chief Minister, ‘She said when my husband was too busy in his work and could not come home then he use to call us at police station. Few days back when he called us we say there were few people arrested on Gokshi and the MLA of Shyana called him.

Earlier, the wife of the Shahid inspector had alleged, “My husband used to receive threats. He was investigating the Akhilak case, so he was attacked. It was a deliberate conspiracy. ‘ Before this, the sister of Subodh Kumar Singh had also accused the police of sensational allegations that her brother was killed jointly by the police.

The inspector Subodh Kumar Singh was assassinated after the mob violence at Chingravati police post in Bulandshahr. On Tuesday, when the body of Inspector reached his residence Eta, the family expressed displeasure over the attitude of the government and the CM Yogi Adityanath. The families refused to perform the funeral until the CM Yogi came and passed the martyr status. However, after the assurance of police officers, inspector Subodh’s family agreed for the funeral.

Police have registered a case against 27 nominations and 60 unidentified people in the violence and murder cases in Bulandshahr’s Shani on Monday. In this case, the police has made Bajrang Dal district convener Yogesh Raj the main accused in the FIR. CM Yogi Adityanath had announced a grant of Rs 40 lakh to the wife of Inspector Subodh Kumar Singh and Rs 10 lakh to the parents, apart from this, a government job will be given to the dependent of the family.
